Our New Realtor Website Template Works for Local Search

Most realtor website template options look good in a demo. Then they leave getting found on Google as a problem for later. Nick and I built ours to deal with that up front. Nick designed it in Showit, I planned the structure around how buyers and sellers actually search, and the template starts at $1,500.

What You Get With This Realtor Website Template

We designed this Showit website template for real estate agents. It works on both mobile and desktop, and Nick builds and sets it up for you rather than handing you a blank file.

The live demo has a home page, separate pages for buyers and sellers, a communities page, an about page, a blog, and a contact page. You can click through all of it yourself here. We styled the demo around a fictional Indianapolis agent, so swap in your own market, photos, and voice when you picture yours.

Template name: Home Sweet Home

Why Search Matters for a Realtor Website

Graphic showing 52% of home buyers found the home they bought online, per NAR's 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers

The National Association of Realtors’ 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers found that every buyer used the internet during their search. Forty-six percent started their search online, and 52 percent found the home they ended up buying online. Your website is often where a buyer or seller sizes you up before they ever call.

A site that looks great but never shows up in search only reaches people who already know your name. That is a referral-only website, and you can have one of those for free.

How This Realtor Website Template Works for Local Search

Here is what the template does for you out of the box:

Separate pages for buyers, sellers, and communities, so each audience gets a page that can target its own searches instead of you cramming everything onto one home page.

A clear page structure and heading layout that search engines can read.

A blog page ready for local content. Showit connects to WordPress for blogging, which is still the best setup for ranking blog posts.

Here is the honest part. Structured for search does not mean you have fully optimized the site for your market. The template gives you the right bones. Keyword research for your city, neighborhoods, and niche is a separate piece of work, and it is the piece that decides what you actually rank for.

Add-Ons That Finish the Job

Realtor website template pricing starting at $1,500 with optional SEO, Google Business Profile, copy and page add-ons

If you want the search side handled too, these are the pieces we offer on top of the template:

Full Backend SEO Setup is $1,000. It includes a keyword deep dive and SEO setup across every page of your website.

Google Business Profile Setup or Audit is $400. This is what shows up when someone searches “real estate agent near me” or your name.

We write your full website copy in your voice for $500, and each additional page is $300.

SEO is a long game. Most clients see meaningful movement in three to six months, and once it is working it keeps working without ad spend. Anyone promising you leads next week is selling something.

Who This Template Is For

This is for agents who want a professional site live without a long custom build, and who would rather start from a layout we designed for real estate than a generic marketplace theme. It works well if you are just getting your online presence together, or if your current site has not brought you a single inquiry in a year.

It is not for agents who need something fully custom. If that is you, we quote custom builds separately, and I am happy to talk through which route makes more sense.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do real estate agents need a website?

Yes. NAR’s 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers found that every buyer used the internet during their search, and more than half found the home they bought online. A website is often the first impression an agent makes. A site that cannot be found in search only reaches people who already know you.

How much does a realtor website template cost?

Our realtor website template starts at $1,500. Keyword research and SEO setup for your market is a separate $1,000 service, and Google Business Profile setup is $400. Seeing those prices separately means you pay only for what you need.

What is included in a real estate agent website template?

The demo includes a home page, buyers and sellers pages, a communities page, an about page, a blog, and a contact page, built for both mobile and desktop. Extra pages are $300 each.

Can real estate agents build their own website?

Yes. Platforms like Showit let you build and manage your own site. It takes more time, and there is a learning curve around design and search, which is why many agents choose a template or a done-for-you build instead.

How is this different from other real estate agent website templates?

Most templates you will find are built by theme marketplaces and focus on looks. Ours is designed by a web designer and set up with a person who has spent years on search strategy. It is also built on Showit, which we use for all of our web design because it is visual and SEO friendly.
